Margin Auto-Checker seems to abort when page layout changes

Description

One student with a dissertation over 800 pages noticed that only 123 pages were checked by the auto-checker.
The dissertation was examined and it should be noted that a change in the layout to "Landscape" view in order to fit in a graph was made on the 124th page. This happens elsewhere in the document, but page 124 of the PDF (page 103 of the dissertation) is the first occurrence. Ghost script logs should be activated and consulted to determine the exact cause of the problem and how to prevent, or at least work around, it.

Could not duplicate the issue. I was able to check a document with "Landscape" pages and no errors occurred. I have added an additional flag to the gs called, -dSAFER. This change was made in 'gs/index.php' file to the exec() statement. Also an additional note has been added in the green information box when checking a document about the tool not supporting "Landscape" oriented pages.

Note added:

"Pages which are in landscape orientation are not supported and may cause errors to occur."

Could not duplicate the error. Could not find an ETD in the database that was that size. Tested other large ETDs with landscape pages, tables, etc. and all pages were checked.
