Description
When I created a record through Faculty Deposit, no rightsMD was written.
Need:
Rights authority/ID/value for "FS", Copyright status (copyrighted), Availability status (open)/reason (permission or license), rightsEvent-Associated entity/Associated object [with text of agreement].

Fixed, pending value for rightsEvent type.

Rights MD now has Copyright status (copyrighted), Availability status (open)/reason (permission or license) but not the text of agreement in rightsEvent-Associated entity/Associated object .

I selected the first rights and the text of agreement is not being written in rightsEvent-Associated entity/Associated object . Should this be "This work constitutes a work made for hire, under the policies of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. "

For a "works made for hire" there is no agreement, therefore no need for rightsEvent. In our local environment, RU is the copyright holder and the employee is not required to agree to a license as he/she is when someone else is the copyright holder.
I think this one is fixed!
