update email

I think these things have always been messed up as well.

for these update emails can the admin and tech notes be echoed out as well.
those should generally have notes re: edits

also, instead of "The event you scheduled"
can we do something like
"The event (CDC Meeting) you scheduled"

oh, bug!
the url in the email looks incomplete and un-useful

Test that carriage returns display in email for technotes, admin notes, and description.

Changed the wording to include the event name.

Changed the URL and wording preceding it.

The admin and tech notes should now appear in update emails. The dev-bookroom.libraries.rutgers.edu in the email is a configuration variable and will change to just bookroom.libraries.rutgers.edu when moving to production.
