PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '"Could not extract MODS data.\' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING)

Description

I just attempted to index 7 newly ingested resources and I observed the following for each ingest in the php_error log.

I fixed this I'm pretty sure. Those messages should no longer show up.

I indexed one newly ingested item and the error was not seen in the php_error log.
