IE11 display issue

Description

The same problem reported for IE10 in <a href="https://software.libraries.rutgers.edu/node/3070" title="https://software.libraries.rutgers.edu/node/3070">https://software.libraries.rutgers.edu/node/3070</a> is back again for IE11. (See that issue for screen shots.) This was reported by a user in a "Note for SOAR Staff" when depositing a work. I confirmed with the professor that he was using IE11, and only "blank boxes" are displaying. He further mentioned that "with Windows 10, Microsoft is laying IE down and replacing it with Edge, which is a bit cleaner but (like Win10) buggy and intrusive."

In addition to fixing this bug, let's remember to specifically test screen displays in the latest version of IE -- and Edge!

IE11 on my workstation displays all the green buttons and labels properly. Do you want to test it too?

Tested fine in IE11.306.....
Search, selected items, and deposit your work all appeared fine (normal).
