Cover sheet needs space between name and title when there is no citation

Project:RUcore Workflow Management System (WMS)
Component:Faculty Deposit
Category:bug report

If there is no descriptive event for citation in the metadata, create a cover sheet, but give a space between the name and title. This applies to all Type(s) of Work.

Use this basic construction:

Name (date). Title.

Name comes from mods:name type=personal
Date comes from mods:dateCreated or mods:dateIssued, etc.
Title come from mods:titleInfo

In this case, the cover sheet should only create a citation for THIS version, not for publisher version.

Further testing reveals that this occurs when there is no dateTime in the descriptiveEvent. This will occur for the following kinds of scenarios:
Other (in which there is no descriptive event at all, therefore no dateTime in DescEvent)
Author's original version (don't know when it will be published in the journal)
Submitted manuscript under review (ditto -- don't know pub date, only know mods:dateCreated)

Regardless of the scenario, if there is no descEvent-dateTime, supply the date from mods:dateCreated. This should take care of the spacing issue.

I created several cover sheets for various scenarios, and in all cases the name and title were not "run-on". I even re-generated the cover sheet for a record that previously had this condition, and the cover sheet was correctly generated without requiring me to make any change to the record or metadata.

On cover sheet for type "Other" the citation on cover sheet is not following this construction as specified in the original report:

Name (date). Title.

Instead, it is appearing as

Otto, Jane J.. Title, 2000. Retrieved from

I thought I had seen this reported earlier but cannot find the bug.
