Cannot upload file because error message when I hit the Browse button on Upload File page

Description

I'm in IE. I go through the deposit process and reach the "Upload file" page.
I select file type Microsoft word file.
When I click the Browse button to select a file, I get the attached "Location is not available" error message and cannot go further.

Still a problem in IE, not in Firefox. Maybe we can assume this is a user-specific configuration problem with networked files? (I'm uploading a doc from s: drive.) I can check with IT but it's not my highest priority at the moment, since it may be specific to me and/or IE.

Okay to defer to later release when it's possible to do more troubleshooting?

I was able to successfully upload from S: drive using IE from my workstation. I'm assuming that the problem Jane encounters is either related to the file itself or network connection. Other than RUL faculty and staff, I'm not sure if anyone will try to upload something from a shared drive so I agree with Jane. We can keep this bug open but move it to a later one.
