Provide Rutgers users "group" information in ticket

Description

Pass along Rutgers NetID logged in users "employeeType" from their corresponding LDAP record in the ticket. There maybe be other LDAP fields that could be mapped and passed in as well.

Use case: Rutgers NetID user logs in. User is STAFF in employeeType in LDAP record. Pass employeeType into ticket as an abstract Rutgers "group" type membership for the user.

This is a similar type of request as entry #2385. I suggest to combine the two. These two features are somewhat low priority and should be postponed to a later release. -YY
