Date does not display if point attribute is -start- and there is no -end- attribute

Description

The date does not display if there is a point attribute in the date element of "start" and there is no "end" attribute.

In the production system, the date element displays, but not the value:
Date Created: [and then there is a blank space]
For an example, see <a href="https://rucore.libraries.rutgers.edu/rutgers-lib/24004" title="https://rucore.libraries.rutgers.edu/rutgers-lib/24004">https://rucore.libraries.rutgers.edu/rutgers-lib/24004</a>

In the test system, the date element does not even display, even if there is a valid date in the metadata.
For an example, see <a href="https://rucore-test.libraries.rutgers.edu/rutgers-lib/202800/" title="https://rucore-test.libraries.rutgers.edu/rutgers-lib/202800/">https://rucore-test.libraries.rutgers.edu/rutgers-lib/202800/</a>
In the above example, there was a simple date in Date Created, and it displayed along with the degree date. I edited the record to add the "start" attribute, and now Date Created does not display at all.

This happens whether it is a collection record or resource record. It also happens in multiple portals including the general RUcore portal and the ETD portal.

The Date Created construct assumed that if there was a point attribute, then there would be both a "start" and an "end". The construct has been changed to recognize if there is only one point attribute. Both the production system and test system constructs have been updated.

Works on both test and production. (Was not release related, as it turns out)
