My Collection Statistics is broken

Description

We have received reports from faculty that they receive this error message when they click on My Collection Statistics from My Account in RUcore/SOAR.
You have not submitted any works, or your submitted works are in progress and there are no usage statistics available. If you believe this is an error, please contact the RUcore staff.
(There is no link to a Contact Us form from the words "RUcore staff".)

I have been able to replicate this in production. Three out of four RUcore staff who have tried this on their own accounts also report that the link gives them this error message. At this time, I am unable to test it in Test, but I seem to recall that I don't have this problem in test, only on production.

This works for me in Test. I am keeping the status set to "test", assigned to rmarker, to check on Staging and Production servers.

The correct message displays now, in scenarios when the author (account holder) has submitted works and has not submitted works. If possible have the response display in a popup window, not another tab.

The error message is displayed in a pop-up window. When you click on "OK", it redirects you to the Contact Us form. I don't think this is the desired behavior. Please talk to Rhonda.

Faculty user Jim Niessen reports that "When I'm logged in and want to see my stats, I get an error message stating I haven't deposited any works...which isn't so"

This is not happening in my account, nor in Laura's account.

For the record: Jim had duplicate collections in WMS and dlr/EDIT. I purged the duplicate collections. This did not clear up the error message.

In the test system, I see "My Collection Statistics (Temporarily unavailable)". Is that the fix?

Thanks for the reminder. I removed "(Temporarily unavailable)". If it still doesn't work, please let me know.

Did some additional work to try to avoid false empty list. One thing to note is that if the user is removed from WMS account, the list for her/him will be empty, nothing can be done about that. -YY
