Add ability to configure category (genre) terms in faculty deposit

Description
Currently, the version information is dependent on the order of the genre terms in faculty deposit. However, the terms can be sorted by alphabetical order using the WMS configuration module. This breaks the logic in faculty deposit module.
Please make the list configurable using the WMS configuration module. This adds flexibility to add/change/delete terms without code change.

Now faculty deposit use the value of genre to determine the display. Ready for 7.6 test.

I added a new genre term (aa) in RULIB-FS term source and sorted the list so it appears first in the picklist. In Scholar Deposit, I see "aa" as the first value and when I select the third term (Article-Referred", it does not present the version information on the screen. It looks like the order of these terms still matter.

I'm removing the term so if others are testing, it does not break anything.
