RUanalytic Tool - Update Account Information

Description

After I login to my account and click on the RUanalytic Tool. It asks me to Update Account Information. I updated the account information and still i am in the Update Account Information page.

It only happens when a new, new to the RUanalytic tool, NetID account accesses the tool for the first time. Subsequent accesses will work as expected. A fix is in place for first time users. I removed your jg676 account from the analytic tool. You will now appear to the tool as a new user again when you test. Please test by logging into the Single Sign On and clicking on the link for the RUanalytic tool. Add the additional information and save. You should be sent into the tool then.

I need someone who has not used the RUanalytic tool to test this.

If it help the following people have logged in as first time users since the bug was marked test on the 26th.

Not sure if this is a duplicate bug:

But George Yu just tried and he could not use the RUanalytic tool. Was stuck on the "Update Account Information" screen.

He was stuck because he wasn't supplying a required field, email address. The label for "email address" is red signifying it is required, however after submitting the additional "required field not met" indicator was not displaying. That second indicator now is. Please ask George to login and select the analytic tool again.

An undergraduate student and a graduate student were able to login to RUanalytic without any problems over the weekend. Closing.
