Zipped Package download only includes PDF not TIF or TIFF files

There are two datasets downloadable - "2/14/13 Zip Test Dataset", and "2/14 Second Test"
I created these with Kalaivani -
Went through all steps, connecting the datsets to the collection with DLR/Edit, etc. Uploads & ingests appeared normal and without error. She couldn't see what was going wrong.
The downloaded tar file only includes the PDF files, and none of the TIF/TIFF files.
Can you check out? I can't attached the downloaded tar file, but can send to you if it helps.

I am not receiving any TIF datastream configuration from the WMS file policy. Until it is added and included in the file policy those datastreams will not appear. I am kicking this over to Kalaivani to add the configuration. Kalaivani please let me know if you need specifics.

Had to create a TIF file policy. Now the all the file names are showing.

I saw that the PDF & TIF/TIFF file names are showing - but there's still a problem with the package download.
When I download the package, the downloaded tar file includes the pdf and tif files, but omits the tiff file - "11_11_11bigger.tiff".
Even if I attempt to select which files to download, and ONLY select 11_11_11bigger.tiff, it does not get downloaded.
Could you check?

Needed to add TIFF datastream to the WMS file policy.
