Name role, role type, and authority map incorrectly for multiple entries

Description

When multiple personal names are mapped, the role, role type, and authority are only included with the first name entry. Also, name role appears twice. Pic Attached.

Bug still exists. Collection is PK Collection, mapping is "tombstones" and txt file is "Batch Import.txt"
