Description
I created a record (paul test title brief periodical 11-29-12), using New Organization Top Level collection, added a PDF file successfully (OK), and tried to ingest it. I got a 'Failed' status. I tried clicking on 'Failed' button, but no explanation was shown.

This is WMS configuration issue. All master files should have Datastream ID Prefix = ARCH. Please retest after Kalaivani corrects the configuration. -YY
