Fulllist or brieflist request - return optional attributes

Description

In the Fedora datastream entries the optional attributes FORMAT_URI and ALT_IDS need to be returned as part of those method requests. Since ALT_IDS can stored multiple namespace/value pairs return multiple elements if detected, using the namespace as the element and appropriate value. Start returning dateCreated also.

Done. All requested elements are returned along with contentDigest as a checksum.
