Explain 'OK' in the Status key at bottom of Existing Records screen

Project:RUcore Workflow Management System (WMS)
Version:7.0
Component:Create/Edit Digital Objects
Category:feature request
Priority:normal
Assigned:yuyang
Status:closed
Description

In "Create/Edit Metadata and Digital Objects," on the Existing Records screen, there are actually 3 different statuses that can display (M, F, OK). M and F are explained in the key at the bottom of the screen but 'OK' is not. Please explain 'OK.' I think it means 'Ready for ingest' (required metadata is present and file has been uploaded).

I'd like to suggest this wording:
OK - Meets system file and metadata requirements

Experienced WMS users know, of course, that "OK" does not mean that any presentation files are present, only that some sort of master file was uploaded. Experienced users also realize that all the system requires for metadata (beyond system-supplied values) is Type of Resource and a [main] Title.

This will continue to be an important training issue.
