after the Description of Work and before the file upload, add an input summary page.

A new summary page has been created in faculty deposit.

This page has been added. An additional improvement is that the "back" button now says "edit" so the depositor clearly knows that the information provided in the summary can be changed. Confirmed fixed in rep-devel.
