Description

The special character apostrophe is not displaying properly when viewing a FLV file.

Cited example in IE.

http://mss3.libraries.rutgers.edu/disseminators/flvplayer.php?pid=rutger...

This example displays as "Alan's Infinity".

Other character probably cause a similar problem.

I can't reproduce this on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, but it seems IE (not Firefox) on Windows escapes the ' into '. The ', recognized by most modern browsers, is in the object's metadata as such. I don't like this, but I'm going to convert it to a keyboard apostrophe. This should be tested on a similar object on rep-devel.

Tested in IE8 using the video record titled "Jeffery's Video Test Guy Fawkes Day 2009: edited the day after" and had no issues displaying the apostrophe.
