Did you use UTF-8 encoding and utf8_bin for collation when creating database?

Hi:
yes I did. I worked through it yesterday.
A colleague mentioned that phpmyAdmin can't handle long sql scripts.
I installed from the command line and it worked.
Thanks,
Donald

A note has been added to the README.txt file that is supplied with the software.

For those who use MySQL and want to use phpMyAdmin to install the database, it is possible that you may encounter memory size limitation problem. To avoid the trouble of having to reconfigure php and phpMyAdmin, we recommend you import the database (dwms_schema_cv_mysql.sql) using MySQL command line utilities.
