One collection option in display triggers a bad search

Description

If a portal has one collection in the Advanced Search form display the search agent that choice will not display and will automatically limit the search to that collection.

Not displaying the collection is by design, but limiting to search to that collection is not. Remove the assumption that the collection is selected.

Test by creating a portal with varied content across multiple collections using the "Manage contents of a portal" feature. Then add only one of those collections to the list using "Edit Portal". Reindex and do an empty search. All records should be returned, not just the records in the one collection that was added in the Edit Portal screen.
