Ingest email notification is blank and mis-identifies the sender

Description

When an object is ingested, the object creator gets an email notification. The body of the email message is empty. The subject line is something along the lines of: FEDORA Object Notification: rutgers-lib:35776

The sender is: Apache web server
However, the sender should be: Rutgers Community Repository

The body of the email should be something like:
This is an automated email from the Rutgers Community Repository.
You are receiving this mail because you are listed as the Object Creator for rutgers-lib:35776.
Please do not respond to this message.

We would like to inform you that the object "Ruby, Kristen. Assessing and Improving Bioterrorism Preparedness Among First Responders-archiving permission" [rutgers-lib:35776] from the rucore00000002150 collection was ingested by user "Marker, Rhonda" on Monday October 24, 2011 at 16:57:32.
