Duplicate faculty collection created for a faculty member

James Niessen deposited an article on 10-06-2011. In the WMS, a new collection was created for Niessen James. James already has another collection that created in 2007.

Further investigation indicates that the WMS uses the faculty name and email to determine whether a collection already exists.



To test this, remove James Niessen collection in WMS. Then ask him to deposit an article. The article should be deposited in the old James Niessen collection. James has changed his email.

Also test by removing Ananthan Kalaivani collection in WMS. Kalaivani has not changed her email.

The expected results is: No duplicate faculty collection should be created.

I deleted my duplicate faculty collection and deposited an item. The item was deposited in my old collection. This bug seems to be fixed now.

Please ask Jim Neissen to login and deposit an item. Remember to delete his duplicate collection.
