Correct misunderstanding in wording regarding Finish Submission

Description

On Submit Step 5: Confirmation, there is the following statement: "Review the file summary below. If you are satisfied, click on 'Finish Submission' to submit your manuscript and any supplementary files to RUetd." Following that is a list of files they have queued for submission. The student could misunderstand this if the list is not exactly what they wanted and quit the process without clicking the "Finish Submission" button. Chances are that most in the list would be correct and they only want to make a small change. If they don't click the button, all work would be lost, when what they really should do is click the button to submit and then go back to use the Track/Resume/Resubmit function to make changes. The statement on the screen doesn't tell them what to do if they aren't satisfied with the list, but it should.

Secondly, the paragraph following the above statement repeats what is stated on the next screen (i.e., they will receive email acknowledgment and can track ETD's progress). It doesn't need to be repeated and should probably be removed from the Step 5: Confirmation screen.
